I led the development of Karl Lagerfeld's POS toolkit for the new Legacy concept, overseeing everything from brainstorm, design, concept to execution. This included creating mood boards, aligning with stakeholders, sourcing vendors, a, producing prototypes and final roll out.

Every detail—from mannequins to signage—was crafted to authentically represent Karl's legacy.
