◾️Do I have to commit to a full-service design? No! Room Reimagined is designed for flexibility. You can choose a bundle or book services hourly based on what you need—whether it’s just a floor plan, a full design board, or ongoing support.

◾️How long will it take to receive my design? The timeline for receiving your design depends on the complexity of the project. After your consultation, we will provide a rough estimate of the design delivery time.

​◾️How do I book a consultation? You can book your consultation by selecting a time on our website and completing the booking process. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with further instructions to complete the necessary steps for your consultation.

◾️Are your design services limited to styling, or do they include construction? Our E-Design Service is for styling purposes only and does not include construction or installation plans. If you require services beyond styling, additional arrangements can be made separately.

​◾️Can I cancel or reschedule my consultation? Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your consultation up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may impact future bookings.

◾️Can I keep my existing furnishings or incorporate furniture I saw elsewhere? Of course! In your decor questionnaire, you can specify items you’d like to keep or add. Simply provide a link or two photos with dimensions, and we’ll incorporate them into your design.

◾️How much do your services cost? Our pricing is based on the complexity of your space (size, shape, and photos). (1) The starting price for each bundle varies and may increase depending on: a) The type of room (e.g., kitchens and bathrooms may incur additional fees) (2) Specific pricing for different room types or designs will be communicated after your consultation.

◾️Are the designs suitable for DIY execution? Absolutely! Our designs are suitable for clients who want expert guidance but prefer to execute the design themselves. (1) Clear instructions, shopping lists, and layout recommendations make the process easy and manageable.

◾️How do you determine the final quote for my design? (1) After completing the E-Questionnaire, booking a bundle, and having the consultation call, we will provide a final quote. (2) The minimum payable amount will be the indicated 'from' price.

◾️Do you offer updates or modifications to the design? (1) Each of our design bundles includes a set number of updates (2) If additional updates or services are needed, these can be arranged at an extra cost

◾️How do I make a payment for the design service? 1) After the consultation call, payment is required to proceed with the E-Design Service. 2) Payments are processed via the Mollie Payment Platform, which:     a. Is based in the Netherlands     b. Accepts credit cards     c. Accepts PayPal worldwide
