These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of BY CHRISTA BINDER's E-Design Service. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

2. Services

BY CHRISTA BINDER provides professional E-Design Services, including virtual consultations, design creation, and styling tailored to your space. Detailed service information is available in our service bundles.

 

3. Booking

• To confirm your E-Design Service consultation, select a time and complete your booking.

• Once booked, you will receive further instructions to complete the necessary steps for the consultation.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• You may reschedule or cancel your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in restrictions or penalties, including impacting future bookings.

 

5. Final Quote

• The final quote for your design will be determined by factors such as design complexity, room size, shape, and any photos you provide.

• The quote will be provided after completing the E-Questionnaire, booking a bundle, and having the consultation call.

• The minimum payable amount will be the indicated 'from' bundle price.

 

6. Pricing

• All service bundles have a starting price. 

• Prices may vary depending on room specifics and design complexity (e.g., kitchens and bathrooms may incur additional fees).

• Pricing for different types of rooms (e.g., kitchens, bathrooms, or large/uniquely shaped rooms) may be adjusted based on specific requirements.

 

7. Payment

• Payment is required after the consultation call to proceed with the E-Design Service.

• Payments are processed via the Mollie Payment Platform, which accepts credit cards and PayPal worldwide.

 

8. Consultation Calls

• An online phone consultation is included with your bundle after booking and is not available beforehand.

• During the consultation call, we will discuss your design needs and tailor a plan suited to your space.

 

9. Modifications & Add-Ons

• Each bundle includes a set number of modifications (varies per bundle).

• Any additional services or revisions beyond the included amount will be subject to separate agreements.

 

10. Important Note

• Our E-Design Service is for styling purposes only and does not include construction or installation plans.

• Any services beyond styling may require a separate agreement.

 

11. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and intellectual property related to the E-Design Service remain the property of BY CHRISTA BINDER, unless otherwise specified.

• You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

• BY CHRISTA BINDER will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the E-Design Service in the case of a valid claim.

 

13. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect personal information to provide our E-Design Service effectively. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to privacy policy).

 

14. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
